Donkeys and Such
These were taken on my friend Leslie's farm in Centerville, TX. They had 4 donkeys, one of which was obsessed with me! Her name was Sugar and she quickly became my stalker. I couldn't take a step without this donkey following. She even trapped me by standing on my flip-flop at one point. And yes, she eventually did step on my foot, which was less than comfortable. I think I'll get a pet donkey...I'm sure my HOA won't have a problem with it!

The Long Way Home
It was such a pretty day out I decided to stop and smell the roses, or the daisies as the case may be.
This was the funniest group of cows. They were so interested in me, they must have thought I was going to feed them or something. They all came right up to the fence and posed for a family portrait. They followed me up and down the fence and never broke eye contact except to moo at me. They were cute.

The Calm Before the Storm
This was what the sky looked like before Ike arrived. I grabbed my camera, jumped in the car and raced the sun. The sun always sets fastest when you're trying to capture it.
